• Rates

• Incoming calls do not go through reception, but direct to each licensee

• Each handset is fitted with voicemail

• Security (intruder alarm system)

• Fire alarm system

• Daily cleaning service (office and general areas: rubbish disposal, recycling)

• Kitchen facilities
